Hours after Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar inspected the Dwarka Expressway and offered reassurance that the Haryana Shahri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) would be directed to demolish a wall preventing a direct link between the Expressway and NH48, the structure was demolished late Wednesday evening.
